Project Methodology & Control

Clear structure and communication are the key to successful outsourced marketing campaigns. We employ a proven approach that delivers focus, control and results.

Project Audit & Briefing

At JSM a telemarketing campaign starts with a meeting attended by the key representatives from the client and JSM's dedicated project team. The project parameters, operational procedures; business objectives, proposition and market conditions are reviewed. Outline agreement is sought on:

Proposed list source.

Marketing collateral and fulfilment options.

Key performance metrics.

Reporting structure and intervals.

Proof of concept pilot campaign parameters.

Project budget and timeframes.

Client expectations.

Project Specification

This forms a  detailed proposal summarising the information gathered at the briefing stage and a detailed cost breakdown.

Proof of Concept Pilot pilot

The importance of list quality can not be over emphasised. Before embarking on the main campaign we strongly recommend conducting a preliminary pilot campaign.

By selecting a limited sample from the proposed contact list we can ascertain the quality of the list and test the efficacy of the selected approach. A pilot campaign also provides a benchmark against which expectations and campaign results can be measured. A project pilot campaign will normally run for 2 to 4 weeks and should be followed by a review meeting with the client.

Reporting

Project reporting is carried on both a formal and informal basis. The frequency and type of reporting is agreed with the client at the outset. Typically JSM will provide weekly email updates detailing:

The number of calls made.

The number of decision-makers spoken to.

The proportion qualified in or out for future contact.

Information on any prospects requiring immediate attention from your sales force.

These daily reports are supported by a more detailed monthly analysis and campaign metrics. We aim to build collaborative working relationships with our clients, constantly reviewing and developing our approach.
