Project Specification
This
forms a detailed proposal summarising the information gathered at the
briefing stage and a detailed cost breakdown. Proof
of Concept Pilot pilot The
importance of list quality can not be over emphasised. Before embarking on the
main campaign we strongly recommend conducting a preliminary pilot campaign. By
selecting a limited sample from the proposed contact list we can ascertain the
quality of the list and test the efficacy of the selected approach. A pilot campaign also provides a benchmark against which expectations and
campaign results can be measured. A project pilot campaign will normally run for 2
to 4 weeks and should be followed by a review meeting with the client. Reporting Project
reporting is carried on both a formal and informal basis. The frequency and type of
reporting is agreed with the client at the outset. Typically JSM will provide
weekly email updates
detailing:
 |
The number of calls
made. |
 |
The number of decision-makers spoken
to. |
 |
The proportion qualified in or
out for future contact. |
 |
Information on any prospects requiring
immediate attention from your sales force. |
These daily reports are supported by a more detailed monthly analysis and
campaign metrics. We aim to build collaborative
working relationships with our clients, constantly reviewing and developing our approach.
