The Job

JSM is a marketing communications consultancy specialising in business to business communication. We are currently looking for a bright, articulate person (permanent or temporary) to undertake telephone based new business development on behalf of our clients.

The Skill Set 

The successful candidate will have the ability to navigate corporate structures and identify key decision-makers. They will posses the ability to communicate effectively at senior director level on behalf of our clients. They will possess excellent telephone communication skills including active listening skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive. 


This is a demanding role requiring professionalism, self-motivation, an aptitude for learning, self discipline, enthusiasm and resilience. The role involves performing to target and deadline. Basic computer literacy is required, however, the full systems and sales training will be provided for the successful applicant.

Qualifications

This role is open to either recent graduates with a minimum 2:1 or established sales professionals with a proven track record in outbound B2B enterprise sales at a senior level.

  • Telemarketing -  Outbound calling is tough work. If you have a thin skin or are easily discouraged, don't put yourself through it!

  • Our clients include some of the leading companies in IT, learning, compliance  and risk. Because we work across a range of industries and you need to be able to learn quickly and use what you learn if you are going to make the grade.
