Computer Assurance is leading ICT solutions provider offering a comprehensive range of services including IT consultancy, system design, system integration, project management, support, network administration and remote hosting. 

JSM developed new marketing collateral from a SME Voice over IP telephone system and for a VDSL internet connectivity solution aimed at the hospitality sector. Working closely with Computer Assurance's Business Development Team, JSM completed a targeted campaign to the hospitality sector contacting 300 hotels and securing 20 qualified new business appointments.

JSM were retained the Michael Martin Partnership to conduct a  customer satisfaction survey of their 1200 clients. JSM were responsible for developing the questionnaire, building a campaign database, conducting the survey and reporting.
